Im März 2023 war ich in diesem Hotel, alles super, jetzt 1 Jahr später die reinste Katastrophe! In unserem ersten Zimmer hat die Klimaanlage nicht richtig funktioniert, die Tür ging nur manchmal auf und Steckdosen haben nicht funktioniert. Die Betten super unbequem.
Nach der ersten Nacht sind wir zur Rezeption, und um ein neues Zimmer gebeten. Alle waren bemüht und nach drei Stunden hatten wir ein anderes Zimmer. Leider waren wir uns von Beginn an nicht sicher, ob es zwischen dem vorherigen Gast und uns richtig gereignigt wurde. Im Bad stand noch ein Becher mit Zahnbürste und alles nass. Ob die Betten frisch bezogen wurden, keine Ahnung. Natürlich wurde uns eine Reinigung vorher zugesagt, auf Nachfrage kam nur natürlich sauber und Schulter Zucken.
Der Fernseher funktionierte auch erst, nach Neustart des Recievers.
Der Pool ist, schon seit Monaten geschlossen, schade!
Das Frühstück war gut und ausreichend.
Uns wurde ein Refund über 50 Dollar versprochen, mal schauen, ob das ankommt!
Beim nächsten Mal würde ich nebenan ins Hampton Inn gehen!

permanecimos 3 dias en el hotel y las habitaciones no las limpian a diario solo 1 dia y y el otro dia no , las instalaciones y mobiliario del hotel muy viejas y con poco mantenimiento , para ser un hotel holiday inn muy malo , el personal muy bien

Had Bed Bug Bites.
Everything about the hotel and property were fine except the room wouldn’t stay cold and I left the next morning with bed bug bites.

Unpleasant stay
My room was located near the first floor exit, and people were coming in and out all night. The door to the room was not hung properly leaving space around the edges to see into the room. The occupants of the room above mine were extremely noisy all night long. I made numerous calls to the front desk but it made no difference. Upon request, I was finally issued a partial refund for that night's stay. I would not recommend this hotel.

Chose this location due to pool and hot tub. Both closed for repairs. None of the USB charging ports in the room worked (there were 6). Day 3, all of the electricity on the headboard side of the room was out. No lights or alarm clock working. Maintenance cant fix it. They cant move me to another room becauae they are full and then deny my request for a refund for that night. $160/nught and I've had better experiences at that motel with a number on the end.

The employees at the front desk was very friendly. The food area was very clean. Every time I went to get food or coffee. The area was clean. Plenty of food and drink. There was roofing contractors working all in allmy stay was nice

Good, quiet hotel
Had this hotel to go to Two Step Inn and it was great! Had to Uber to the nearby venue but location was pretty good, very clean hotel and quiet. Plus offered cookies daily to guests. It was a very nice hotel stay for the price. Would recommend
